Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and qualified Phlebotomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing venipuncture procedures, maintaining accurate records of laboratory results, and providing excellent patient care. The role is full-time with a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreign candidates for this position.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens from patients by performing venipuncture procedures
• Follow appropriate collection techniques to minimize the risk of contamination or infection
• Label and store specimens appropriately according to organizational standards
• Ensure all necessary forms are accurately filled out prior to testing
• Inspect equipment used for phlebotomy procedures to ensure it is clean and in proper working order
• Record patient information in laboratory information systems
• Ensure that all laboratory specimens are handled with care and delivered promptly to the laboratory for testing
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Provide quality care and support to patients throughout the entire phlebotomy procedure
Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Certificate of completion from an accredited phlebotomy program preferred
• Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
• Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining accuracy
