Security Manager Job in Abu-Dhabi

Job Description:
The Security Manager will be responsible for the overall security of our facilities, assets, and personnel. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures; conducting security assessments; supervising security staff; monitoring access control systems; responding to security incidents; and liaising with law enforcement agencies as necessary. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and an ability to think strategically. They must also be able to work independently while taking direction from senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
