Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals, managing regional sales activities, achieving sales targets, and providing key insight to the company in order to maximize growth potential.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve maximum revenue growth
• Hire, coach, and manage a team of sales personnel
• Monitor performance of the sales team and provide feedback on how to improve
• Analyze data to identify areas of potential growth opportunities
• Develop relationships with current and potential clients through networking activities
• Establish a strong presence in the market by attending industry events/meetings
• Provide regular reports on customer trends, competitive activity, and other relevant information to management
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends & technologies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in a sales management role within the UAE region
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets/goals
• Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (other languages are a plus)

Salary: 1600 AED monthly (negotiable for foreigners).
