Pediatrician – Abu Dhabi

Salary: 1600 AED

We are looking for an experienced Pediatrician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be a foreign national with a valid work permit and qualifications in pediatrics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive and rehabilitative care to patients of all ages (newborns to adolescents)
• Diagnose common acute illnesses and manage chronic illnesses in pediatric patients
• Provide well-child care for infants, children and adolescents
• Perform physical examinations, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications and order laboratory tests as necessary
• Monitor growth and development of children in collaboration with other healthcare professionals such as nurses, midwives, dieticians etc.
• Educate parents about their child’s health; provide guidance on nutrition, safety, hygiene etc.
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare professionals when necessary

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Valid work permit for foreigners • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute • 4+ years’ experience as Pediatrician • Ability to make accurate diagnosis quickly • Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact professionally with different kinds of people • Good organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in English language
