We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position is available for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and able to work effectively under pressure.

The primary responsibilities of the Construction Manager include coordinating all construction activities, managing all construction personnel, monitoring progress against the project plan, conducting safety inspections, troubleshooting any issues that arise during construction and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The Construction Manager will be responsible for developing project plans, estimating costs and tracking actual expenses against projected estimates. They must also maintain communications with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. In addition, they must liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support during the post-construction phase.
