We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a developing organization. The main responsibility of the CNC Operator is to control the CNC machines to carry out precision work with accuracy and speed. The candidate will need to read and interpret blueprints, set up tools and parts on the machine, program the machine controls using CAM software, adjust settings as needed, feed raw material into the machine, monitor production progress, make manual adjustments as necessary and perform maintenance on the machines.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a related field or industry; be able to read blueprints accurately; possess good problem-solving skills; have knowledge of metallurgy and machining processes; experience with setting up tools and parts on the machine; be highly detail-oriented; have excellent hand-eye coordination; physical fitness; good communication skills; be willing to work shifts if required; experience with CAM software is preferred but not mandatory.
