Job Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at our office in Al-Kuwait. This includes but is not limited to managing staff assignments, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, providing feedback on performance, conducting employee reviews, resolving customer complaints, tracking project progress and maintaining accurate records. The Supervisor should also have the ability to motivate their team members by creating a positive work environment where everyone has equal opportunities to reach their full potential.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The successful candidate must have two years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role in order to apply for this position. They should possess excellent communication skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities along with leadership qualities such as trustworthiness, organization skills and the ability to multitask efficiently. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is also required for this role.
