Job Summary:
We are looking for an Optometrist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining eyes, diagnosing vision problems, and providing advice on visual aids and corrective lenses. The position requires a minimum of one year of experience in the field and offers a salary of 1000.

Responsibilities:
The Optometrist's primary responsibility is to examine patients' eyes and diagnose potential vision problems. This includes performing tests to assess vision acuity, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to focus in order to determine the best corrective lenses for each patient. Other duties include providing advice on lifestyle modifications that can improve sight; ordering lab tests and interpreting results; writing prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses; performing minor eye surgeries if necessary; educating patients about how to care for their eyes; and keeping accurate records of patient visits.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in optometry or ophthalmology from an accredited institution as well as at least one year of experience in the field. Additionally, they should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills as this role requires direct interaction with patients on a daily basis. Proficiency with computers is also preferred as the Optometrist will need to use electronic medical records systems when filing patient paperwork.

Skills:
In addition to completing a degree program related to optometry or ophthalmology, the Optometrist should have experience with medical software used to manage patient records. They should also be knowledgeable about various eye conditions and treatments available for them. Excellent communication skills are essential as this job requires interacting directly with patients on a daily basis. Lastly, they must possess excellent problem-solving abilities in order to accurately diagnose vision problems and determine the best course of action for each patient's individual needs.
