They must also be capable of selecting appropriate materials and tools necessary for the job as well as using their skills to mix, lay, shape, cut, carve, and finish concrete or other materials according to specifications.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in masonry or construction work along with a valid license and safety training certifications. In addition, they should also possess excellent problem-solving skills along with strong attention to detail in order to ensure quality outcomes are delivered each time.
