The primary responsibility of the Data Analyst will be to analyze large datasets using advanced software tools, develop models and reports based on insights from the data, identify trends and correlations in the data, suggest strategies for maximizing efficiency/minimizing costs, and develop algorithms for predicting future behavior. The successful candidate should be able to collaborate with other departments within the organization in order to draw insights from the data and make sure that all stakeholders are informed about key decisions.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 1 year experience in data analytics. The candidate should also have strong technical skills including knowledge of database systems (MySQL), data visualization tools (Tableau), programming languages (Python/R), machine learning algorithms (Hadoop/Spark), and statistical analysis (SAS). Additionally, excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
