Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1,000 SAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise measurement and mapping of land for construction and development projects.

The ideal applicant should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and be familiar with the latest survey technology including GPS systems, Total Station devices and AutoCAD software. Knowledge of local land regulations, zoning regulations and building codes is also essential.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Carrying out accurate topographical surveys using the latest survey equipment including GPS systems, Total Station devices etc.

• Interpreting survey data to create detailed maps using AutoCAD software

• Accurately measuring elevation, distance, direction and angles between points

• Analysing data to determine locations, property boundaries and contours of land

• Assisting in boundary disputes between landowners

• Inspecting project sites before construction begins

• Performing quality assurance tests on survey equipment
