Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Petroleum Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role involves developing and implementing cost effective petroleum technologies and plans to ensure the efficient recovery of oil and gas from our wells. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with petroleum engineers to develop strategies, monitor production, optimize reservoir performance, and reduce costs.

Job Duties:

The Petroleum Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize oil and gas recovery from the well. The engineer must oversee the drilling program, including the design of wells; monitor production; analyze data collected during drilling; evaluate data related to production trends; make recommendations on well optimization techniques; optimize well completion designs; monitor well performance using software tools such as WellView; develop waterflood plans; recommend and implement changes in operational procedures to increase efficiency; and provide technical support.

Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in petroleum engineering. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field. Good knowledge of drilling operations, geology, reservoir engineering fundamentals, computer-aided design (CAD) software, mathematics, physics, statistics is essential for this role. Knowledge of economics and finance is also an asset.

Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus benefits. We are also open to considering candidates who are foreign nationals.
