Project Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1200 AED per month


Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software.
• Fluency in English (ability to speak Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.

Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that all goals are met within budget and on schedule. The Project Manager will have excellent leadership skills as they will be managing a team of project members while also dealing with clients directly. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to quickly solve problems, delegate tasks effectively, and provide clear direction when needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Create detailed plans for each project including timelines, budgets, and resources needed;
• Monitor progress against the timeline & budget;
• Lead meetings with clients & team members;
• Identify any potential issues or risks;
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders & team members;
• Provide direction on solutions & strategies for each project;
• Ensure that all projects are completed successfully within budget & timeline constraints;
