Job Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including service, customer satisfaction, staff management, and financial performance. As Restaurant Manager you will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, along with the ability to lead and motivate staff members to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Needs for Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in management roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting. We also require the candidate to demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work flexible hours is also essential as well as the ability to speak English fluently. Further qualifications such as an accredited degree in hospitality are preferred but not essential. Additionally, we are ready to consider applicants with no experience who possess a strong desire to learn and grow their career.
