Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring that it operates smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, customer relations, financial reporting, menu planning, and maintaining health and safety standards. You must have excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, customer service, and financial reporting
•Develop strategies to increase customer base and profitability of the restaurant
•Create menus that offer a variety of quality dishes at competitive prices
•Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the premises
•Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and regulations
•Handle guest complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
•Develop marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant’s brand awareness within the local community.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
•2+ years experience in restaurant management or equivalent role
•Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
•Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal skills
•Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) •Knowledge of food safety regulations and other relevant laws and regulations •Ability to work efficiently under pressure •Flexible approach to working hours •Willingness to consider an immigrant candidate •Valid UAE driving license is preferred
