The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including administrative, operational, and financial duties. They must ensure that the highest standards of customer service are met and that the restaurant runs smoothly. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, communication abilities, and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate will be expected to plan menus, manage budgets, ensure food safety regulations are met, hire and train staff as needed, develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, manage inventory levels, deal with customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, and oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
