Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Doctor to join our team in Medina and provide quality medical care to our patients. The successful candidate should have excellent patient care skills, be able to accurately diagnose and treat medical conditions, and be committed to providing high-quality healthcare.

Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Doctor is to provide comprehensive medical services including diagnosis, treatment plans, medication management, preventive care and other activities associated with the practice of medicine. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in health education programs for patients and staff.

Requirements:
The successful applicant must possess a valid medical license in the State of Medina and have at least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting. Experience using electronic health records (EHR) is preferred but not required. The applicant must also demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare providers.
