Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our Al-Kuwait team. The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage a team of employees, set goals, and ensure that all goals are achieved in a timely manner. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The salary for this position is 1100 KD per month.

Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a management role
• Fluency in English
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and customers
• Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Immigrant status is welcome
• No experience required for the right candidate
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the office and team members
• Ensure that all staff members are performing their tasks according to company standards
• Supervise all personnel decisions such as hiring, firing, training, promotions, etc.
• Create reports on employee performance and other operational data
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of the team
• Establish short-term and long-term goals for the team
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
