Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 900 KD per month

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and working with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Proven track record of successful sales management and exceeding targets
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of sales staff while setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and feedback.
• Develop relationships with potential customers by attending trade shows, networking events, etc.
• Analyze market data to identify trends and formulate strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor customer service quality and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures, etc.
