Warehouse Manager Position in Al-Kuwait - 1400$

Are you a talented and experienced Warehouse Manager looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for you here at Al-Kuwait. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager with at least 3 years of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, including stock control, inventory management and staff development.

Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
- Ensure safety and security of the warehouse
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Manage staff performance and provide feedback
- Liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Develop strategies for improving efficiency and reducing costs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams
