Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Freelancer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality services to our clients on an independent basis. This position offers a competitive salary of 1400 KWD per month with excellent opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage client inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and documents as required
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to service standards
• Develop innovative ideas to improve the services offered to clients
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed
Qualifications
• Proven experience working in customer service or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of relevant software applications is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary Range: 1400 KWD per month
