We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the HR field and will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing new policies and procedures, improving employee engagement & satisfaction, and providing advice on HR issues.

The successful candidate should have excellent analytical skills, knowledge of labor laws, and strong communication skills. They should also be able to maintain a friendly working environment while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. A Master’s degree is desirable but not required. We are prepared to consider foreign nationals for this position with the necessary visas/permits.

This position offers an excellent salary of $1800 per month, plus additional benefits such as medical insurance and holiday allowance.
