The successful candidate will be responsible for developing merchandise plans, researching new products and trends, analyzing sales data and customer feedback. They should be able to identify target markets and develop strategies to reach them, as well as manage relationships with vendors. The successful candidate should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
