We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our Al-Kuwait team. This person will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery and producing parts according to blueprints. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of machine operation and programming, possess the ability to read and interpret blueprints, as well as have a commitment to safety.

The position requires the CNC Operator to produce parts using CNC machinery by programming the machines, setting up tools, troubleshooting malfunctions, and maintaining quality standards. Further duties include selecting proper cutting tools needed for each job, loading programs into the machine, ensuring that all materials are securely fastened in place on the machine bed, monitoring cutting operations to detect tool or part defects, measuring finished workpieces to ensure conformance with specifications, changing worn or broken tools as needed, and keeping accurate records of production data such as cycle time and material usage.

The successful applicant must possess excellent problem-solving skills; be detail-oriented; have manual dexterity; be able to work independently or in a team; possess basic math skills; be able to interpret blueprints and diagrams; have knowledge of shop mathematics including trigonometry; understand safety procedures; be able to use calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices accurately; and have basic computer skills.

We offer a salary of 1300 KWD per month for this position along with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are also willing to consider an immigrant who has no experience in this field but is willing to learn.
