Job Title: Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. The Driver will be responsible for planning routes, obeying traffic laws, loading and unloading cargo, and managing paperwork. The successful candidate will have excellent driving skills and a clean driving record.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules
• Obey all traffic laws and regulations
• Load/unload cargo as required
• Ensure safety of passengers at all times
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle interior/exterior
• Monitor vehicle performance and report any existing/potential problems immediately
• Communicate with dispatch to receive pickup/delivery instructions
• Collect payments from customers when necessary
• Complete daily logs, maintenance, and repair reports

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; related degree an advantage but not mandatory
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • At least two years of driving experience in the region (for immigrants 3 years is preferred) • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing transportation activities • Ability to read maps, understand GPS systems, and plan efficient routes • Outstanding customer service orientation • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays etc.
