We are looking for a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Sharjah. Our ideal candidate is a hard-working individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for precision and accuracy.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the operation of CNC machines to produce parts and components to strict specifications. You will be expected to read and interpret complex technical drawings, set up machining programs, load raw materials, run trials, adjust tool settings, operate the machines, monitor their progress and perform necessary maintenance.

You will also need to ensure that products meet quality standards by checking them against the blueprints. It is essential that you possess good problem-solving skills as you may need to troubleshoot any issues that arise with the machines or components during production.

The successful applicant must have considerable experience working with CNC machines as well as knowledge of engineering principles and practices. Good communication skills are necessary in order to work effectively with our team of engineers and technicians.
