EXECUTIVE CHEF – DUBAI

Salary: AED 12,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. We are willing to consider candidates from outside the UAE. The successful applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to create innovative dishes and menus
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing new recipes and menus that reflect the industry trends and customer preferences
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of kitchen staff, including monitoring performance, providing feedback, assigning tasks, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Managing the daily food preparation activities supervising kitchen staff while they prepare food for meals ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards ensuring that all kitchen equipment is operated safely and efficiently monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies when needed

• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers
