We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and be able to bring a unique and creative touch to the menu. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and able to manage the kitchen team in order to meet the highest standards of quality.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a good knowledge of food safety regulations, and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes. They must also be able to work effectively as part of a team while still showing initiative and taking responsibility for their own work.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating new menus, developing new recipes, managing the kitchen staff, overseeing food production, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. They will also need to manage stock levels, order supplies, maintain accurate records, create menus that reflect current trends in cuisine, and ensure that all dishes meet the highest standards of quality.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month (or negotiated depending on experience). Candidates should have at least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry. A qualification from an accredited culinary school is preferred but not essential. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
