Barista job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and talented Barista to join the team of our cafe. This role offers a competitive salary of 1200 and is open to foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, serving and selling coffee-based beverages as well as other hot and cold drinks. They must be able to operate all equipment necessary to carry out tasks including grinders, espresso machines, milk frothers and other specialised machinery. The Barista will also need to be knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods in order to make quality beverages quickly and efficiently.

In addition, the Barista will need excellent customer service skills in order to take orders accurately and ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience when visiting the cafe. They will be required to keep work areas clean, tidy and organised as well as restock supplies when needed.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Knowledge of health and safety procedures is essential for this position, as is the ability to multitask effectively while providing excellent customer service at all times.
