Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role.
• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles and methods.
• Knowledgeable in budgeting and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading a team of individuals engaged on multiple projects from inception to completion, while ensuring all deliverables are completed within budget, timeline, and scope requirements. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Developing detailed project plans that identify tasks, milestones, resources needed, timelines and deliverables for each project phase in collaboration with stakeholders; • Overseeing the execution of all projects from start to finish; • Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; identifying and resolving issues; escalating risks as appropriate; • Establishing clear communication plans among teams that support successful completion of projects; • Collaborating with stakeholders on all aspects of the project lifecycle including design, development, testing & deployment; • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress & performance metrics; • Documenting all quality assurance processes utilized on projects; • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws & regulations concerning project execution & delivery; • Making recommendations for process improvements as needed throughout the course of each project's lifecycle.
