Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare, bake, decorate, and present a variety of pastries including cakes, pies, cookies, mousses, chocolates and other desserts
• Follow recipes accurately while using creativity to generate new ideas for the menu
• Ensure quality standards are met by routinely testing ingredients before use
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen area at all times

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients and presentation styles
• Ability to work quickly under pressure in an organized manner
• Attention to detail for decorating desserts with artistry
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
