We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing delicious dishes that both meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. The Executive Chef must have a passion for high-quality cooking, while also being able to manage a busy kitchen with efficiency and professionalism.

To be considered, applicants should possess the following qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• A creative eye for flavor combinations
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to manage a team of chefs, dishwashers, and other kitchen staff
• Knowledge of contemporary culinary techniques
• Excellent knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation regulations
• Ability to budget and manage food costs
