You will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, inventory, and food safety standards as well as ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste and quality.

Demands for the Candidate:

• Proven experience as a chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Extensive knowledge of modern cuisine including international flavors and styles
• Ability to manage kitchen staff, inventory, and food safety standards
• Excellent cooking skills with an eye for detail
• Creativity to develop new recipes and menus
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work long hours
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills
