Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our business in Abu-Dhabi. This position comes with an excellent salary of 1800 AED per month and we are willing to consider an immigrant who is eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise employees and ensure that their duties are properly performed
• Monitor performance of employees and provide guidance as needed
• Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure that all safety standards are being met
• Develop strategies for improving operations efficiency
• Create reports for senior management, summarizing performance and progress
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
• Monitor stock levels, purchase materials as needed, and manage inventory records.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a supervisory role in the UAE
• Proven experience in managing teams and leading projects successfully
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary Range: 1800 AED per month
