Job Title: HR Manager

Salary: 1200 (AED)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field. We are open to consider immigrants.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities. He/she should be able to work independently and have the ability to think strategically and take initiative.

The primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing recruitment processes, such as writing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions
• Developing and maintaining policies pertinent to the effective management of personnel
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Monitoring employee performance, providing feedback, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary
• Creating reports on personnel metrics
• Assisting with payroll administration and other benefits matters
• Assisting with employee onboarding processes

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. We are offering 1200 AED salary for this role.
