We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager for our restaurant located in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, developing menus, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Restaurant Manager will be tasked with overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes hiring and training staff, supervising employees, handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and creating menus. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and profits through creative marketing campaigns. Additionally, they must ensure that all staff are adhering to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate should possess an excellent organizational skill set as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English. They should also have a good understanding of food safety regulations as well as experience in managing a restaurant or similar business setting. We are also open to consider immigrant candidates with minimal work experience in this field but who can demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn all aspects of running a successful restaurant.
