We are looking for an energetic and organized Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be a good communicator, and be able to work with minimal supervision.

The primary duties of the position include overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and that employees adhere to company policies and procedures. The Supervisor should also be able to evaluate employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a safe and pleasant work environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to think critically and analytically, problem solve effectively, delegate responsibilities when necessary, multitask efficiently, remain calm under pressure, and possess strong leadership skills. A strong customer service orientation is also required.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1500 per month for this position. We are open to considering candidates from abroad with no prior experience as long as they have the right skill set for the job.
