Position Title: Supervisor
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1300 QAR/Month

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be willing to work in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of team members
• Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
• Ensure adherence to company standards and policies
• Oversee customer service activities, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with staff, customers, suppliers, vendors etc.
• Develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability of operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare reports on operational activities as required

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not mandatory
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
