Position: Psychiatrist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1500 Qatari Riyal per month

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatments to individuals of all age groups. The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders using evidence-based practices and providing counseling services to clients and their families.

Qualifications:
• MD degree in Psychiatry or equivalent
• Valid medical license from an accredited institution
• Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Must be fluent in English language (speaking and writing) and have a good command of Arabic is preferred
• Experience is not required but preferred

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose mental illnesses through comprehensive assessments including interviews, tests, observations and physical examinations
• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address the physical, emotional and social needs of patients
• Provide psychotherapy sessions in individual or group settings as needed
• Monitor progress of patients and adjust treatments as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for patients
