Accountant - Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join us in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, generating reports, preparing taxes and providing financial advice.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. A degree in accounting or finance is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is essential for this role. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

The Accountant will be expected to:
• Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports on a regular basis
• Perform daily accounting activities such as account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, etc.
• Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts
• Conduct audits of internal controls and processes
• Provide financial analysis and advice on business operations
• Develop internal control policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Perform tax preparation activities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide support with corporate tax planning and filing of returns
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other documents required by external auditors
