Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of land surveying principles, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze survey data, including calculations of area, volume, contour lines, and other information required for construction projects.
• Gather and interpret data from field surveys using the most up-to-date surveying instruments.
• Calculate angles, distances, and elevations to determine property boundaries.
• Provide technical advice to clients on issues relating to land surveys.
• Create maps and reports detailing the project’s progress and findings.
• Monitor survey site conditions including boundaries, topography, vegetation, soil conditions etc., to ensure accuracy of measurements.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times while on the job site.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role required; 5+ years preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically in order to find creative solutions for unique surveying problems.
• Knowledgeable with the latest surveying software and technology such as GIS mapping software or GPS systems.
• Ability to work independently or with a team in an organized manner while meeting tight deadlines
Salary: 1300 SAR per month plus benefits for immigrant candidate considered favorably!
