We are looking for a reliable and responsible Cashier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to handle cash register operations, process payments from customers, and maintain accurate records of transactions. The successful applicant should also have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working with numbers. We are willing to consider an immigrant who has minimal work experience in this field, as we are more interested in the potential of the candidate than prior experience.

The Cashier is expected to ensure that all cash transactions follow correct procedures and that all customer payments are accurately recorded. This includes sorting out incoming money, counting it, verifying its accuracy and organizing it into the correct denominations. The Cashier will also be required to issue receipts or change due when necessary, as well as answer questions from customers about store policies or services. Additionally, they will have to assist customers with using the store’s self-checkout system if needed.

The successful candidate must possess strong problem solving skills and be able to remain calm under pressure. Additionally, they should have good mathematical skills and a high level of concentration when dealing with cash transactions. We expect you to be customer service focused, detail-oriented and accurate in your work. At least basic English language proficiency is required for this role as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written for interacting with customers.
