Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant including customer service, staff management, sales and profitability, and ensuring all operations are running efficiently. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your staff to deliver excellent customer service standards. You must be able to think on your feet and make decisions which will help to ensure the success of the business.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality or restaurant management preferred but not essential.
• Previous experience managing a restaurant in a fast-paced environment desirable
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong leadership qualities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Ability to think strategically and be creative in problem-solving situations
