Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing staff, maintaining customer relations and ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will need to ensure that all employees adhere to health and safety regulations as well as customer service standards. You will also be responsible for monitoring food quality and ensuring that all orders are prepared accurately and on time. Additionally, you will be expected to carry out administrative tasks such as handling payroll, developing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service, good organizational skills, problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly under pressure. In addition, knowledge of food safety standards is essential.
