Position Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office, ensuring the smooth running of everyday operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Office Assistant will be required to perform a wide range of tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining filing systems, scheduling appointments, preparing reports and documents, coordinating travel arrangements, ordering supplies and other related duties. Additionally, they will also be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office.
Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask efficiently. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills along with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A minimum amount of work experience is required but we are willing to consider foreign applicants. Furthermore, they must have an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.) as well as basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Compensation
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 KWD per month.
