We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Librarian to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent interpersonal skills, along with a keen eye for detail. To be considered for this role you should possess an undergraduate degree in Library Science or related field, along with some experience working in a library setting (this experience can be minimal). Strong communication skills are essential as you will need to interact effectively with both staff and patrons. You should also have excellent organizational skills to ensure that all library operations run smoothly.

As Librarian, your primary responsibility is to maintain the library's cataloguing system, as well as ensure that all books and other materials are properly organized on the shelves. You'll need to create new documents such as instructions for patrons on how best to use the library's facilities and services; develop policies regarding access to materials; respond to queries from patrons; update statistical reports; plan special events; provide reference services; and train staff members on how best to use library systems.
