Land surveyor job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait.

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for surveying land areas and collecting data for the purpose of providing detailed maps, plans, and reports. They must have expertise in using GIS (Geographic Information System) software, such as ArcGIS or AutoCAD, on a daily basis for creating precise maps. In addition to this, other duties include:

• Taking accurate measurements with survey instruments, such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Analyzing survey data to determine land forms and boundaries
• Researching legal documents concerning land ownership
• Negotiating with landowners regarding boundary disputes
• Preparing topographical maps that accurately define land features
• Preparing documents for review by the local government regulatory bodies
• Meeting client deadlines and expectations in terms of accuracy and quality standards.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills along with strong analytical abilities, mathematical aptitude and attention to detail. We are also willing to consider immigrant candidates that demonstrate the required qualifications. The salary offered is 1200 USD per month.
