Reef Al Fujairah City is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the culinary strategy of our restaurant. This includes menu design, culinary research, food preparation, recipe development, and maintenance of quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a passion for cuisine, creativity, excellent organizational skills, leadership skills and an eye for detail. The Executive Chef must have excellent communication skills and must be able to work well with other kitchen personnel. We are looking for someone who is eager to develop their career in the industry and contribute to the success of our restaurant.

The position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions. Knowledge of international cuisines is highly desirable as well as a commitment to providing customers with outstanding service. A background in hospitality management is preferred but not necessary. Candidates must have a valid work visa if they are foreigners and be willing to relocate to Reef Al Fujairah City.
