We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a restaurant in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and experience creating and managing menus. They must be able to create recipes, manage food costs, order supplies, and develop a team of kitchen staff.

The successful applicant must have a minimum of four years' experience as an Executive Chef or the equivalent in a high-end establishment. A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required. We require the candidate to be organized, creative, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. They must also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of kitchen staff.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for creating innovative menus while maintaining food safety standards. They will ensure that all dishes are prepared with quality ingredients and presented attractively. The candidate will also be expected to manage the budget, order supplies, and ensure that all health codes are followed at all times. This position offers an attractive salary package of 1300 AED per month for the right candidate along with other benefits including medical insurance and paid leave days on completion of one year of service.
