COOK AND ASSISTANT COOK
There can be men, women
18-50 years old
Net payment: cook - 25 zlotys per hour; assistant cook - PLN 19/hour.
On a permanent basis of work
Work schedule:
assistant 5:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m
cook 15: 00-23: 00
Duties of a COOK:
Execution of the chef's commands;
Concern for the correct aesthetics of cooking;
Cooperation with other cooks and kitchen workers;
Monitoring the freshness of the products used;
Taking care of hygiene and compliance with HACCP standards;
Serving tables.
Duties of ASSISTANT COOK:
Preparation of ingredients for dishes;
Assistance in slicing, chopping and grinding products;
Cleaning and preparation of kitchen equipment;
Washing-up;
Help in cooking.
